    ⚠️ Submissions that don’t follow these guidelines may be returned for correction.

  • • Submit up to 2 songs (MP3 only — no WAV)
    • Max 3:30 per song
    • 7 minutes total set time
    • File names must match your track titles
    • Include your track order

✅ step 2: Sign Up

  • Each event, 8 artists are selected for an Advance Sign Up slot.

    To be considered, you must email your music before signing up. You can update/change your music anytime up until 5pm on the day of the event.

  • 8:00pm - first come, first served.

    5+ Door Sign Ups. (Limited)

    You can submit music anytime. if applicable submit before 8pm (to keep the mic running on time and smooth)

    Note: If time permits we can take more than 5 door sign ups, but After 10:00 PM → 1 song only (regardless of sign-up time)

  • Performers are FREE

    📤 Advance sign-ups will be emailed if selected. Applying for an Advanced performance slot does not guarantee a selection. 8 artists ONLY will be selected.

    • Advanced Sign-Ups close 10 days before the event

    • Advanced performers will perform between 8:30–9:30 PM.

    • Selected artists will be notified via email

    • You must check in by 8:00 PM (doors) to secure your Advanced slot

    • No check-in = forfeited slot, and your spot will go to door sign-ups

    • Music submission is required for advance sign up consideration

    🚪 Door sign-ups: Limited performance slots available. Show up early to guarantee your slot. Sign Ups open at 8PM.

    • Performance order will be released at the door.

⏰ Time Slots

Curated performance windows throughout the night

8:30 – 9:00 PM

9:00 – 9:30 PM

9:30 – 10:00 PM

10:00 – 10:30 PM

15 total performance slots:

8 Adv slots + 7 Door slots

    • After 10:00 PM → 1 song only (regardless of sign-up time)

    • All time slots are estimated and may shift.

    • All performers must be present when called or they will be skipped and moved to end of list

    • Show ends at 10:30 PM

    • Submission of music is required for Advanced Sign-Ups
