Founded in 2018, Late Lyrics is a Portland-based hip hop and R&B open mic and creative ecosystem built for independent artists to perform, connect, and grow. Providing Portland’s first Hip Hop centered open mic.

What started as an open mic event has evolved into a community-driven platform that brings together artists, creatives, and resources in one space. From the stage to behind the scenes, Late Lyrics is designed to give artists real opportunities — not just exposure, but access.
